We have standard testers for Jerry cans and Drums ranging from 20-30 to 220 Lt (5 -55 US gallon) with features you won't find anywhere else !

We also constantly monitor the changes to the ADR regulations and have managed to clarify some confusing differences between the UN and DOT documents.

We were one of the first companies to integrate automatic check-weighing as a standard option to our leak testers, and we developed a patented method of automatically adjusting the blow moulding machines die gap to maintain a constant container weight.

Our SureSeal® Test Head makes a dramatic improvement to getting a perfect seal on bung necks that are not always perfectly horizontal - eliminating the majority of rejects for 'False Leakers'.

The tester can be supplied in fully automatic or manually loaded versions with a vast range of options such as turning drums into alignment, drilling drain holes in 'L' ring drums and marking with product I.D. and test results.

Our latest must-have feature is our 'SD' memory card. This device stores all the test results with a time and date stamp, perfect for traceability ! No more paper roll printers.

The .CSV file format is opened automatically by programs such as 'Excel' enabling you to easily graph the data. About 7 years of production data fits on a small 2gb SD card !

If check-weighing or other optional tests are fitted to the leak tester, then that data is also included in the test record.
