Calibration Services
We offer calibration services for all our leak testers and Moog parison programmers. Although these products don't generally require any regular calibration your QC procedures may specify calibration to all test equipment. We also find that companies moulding containers for critical applications such as drums for hazardous chemicals, gain confidence from annual calibration. Our unique self-checking Dual-Pressure transducer feature gives an early warning of any drift in calibration, reducing or even totally eliminating the need for calibration procedures. Why calibrate a Parison Programmer? The settings of "Weight" and the "Profile" are meant to give specific amounts of die gap openings, but in an uncalibrated system, will probably be calibrated to the available stoke - which often varies from one machine to another.
