Fully Automatic Palletiser

By fully automatic we mean FULLY, not having an operator attend the palletiser when every layer is packed. Inevitably "automation" is about reducing manual labour.

For example, properly designed "automation" will take over the menial tasks such as placing a cardboard layer over each tray.

Our Fully automatic palletiser reduces the labour input to the lowest practical level.

Our system occupies the smallest floor footprint, and can easily pack three full pallets without operator intervention. This can be increased if there is space for longer in and out feed conveyors.

Payback on investment is months not years, and this equipment should be considered essential for all long running/high volume business.
